What We Do

Multiscale Biological AI
We build and improve the models that predict, generate, and interpret molecules, including their structure and function. We scale such models from subatomic resolution to the whole cell and beyond. We make models interpretable and aware of uncertainty to guide downstream decisions.

We develop reasoning systems that help AI explore beyond its comfort zone. These frameworks force models to explore diverse reasoning trees, surface the right context from heterogeneous scientific data, and provide scaffolding to help AI reason through problems the way a scientist would in an autonomous scientific workflow.
