Senior Compensation Analyst
Masha Singh joined 蘑菇视频APP in 2022 and serves as a Senior Compensation Analyst, where she partners with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the Talent Acquisition team to design and implement compensation programs that support organizational growth. She leads compensation planning initiatives, conducts market benchmarking, and advises on career progression, market adjustments, and compensation strategy across the Flagship ecosystem.
Prior to joining Flagship, Masha held a compensation role at Ameriprise Financial, where she designed incentive plans, led compensation benchmarking efforts, and supported the implementation of Workday. Earlier in her career, she worked in performance analytics and investment operations at MFS Investment Management, John Hancock, and U.S. Bank.
Masha holds an MBA from Simmons School of Management and a B.A. in Economics and Foreign Languages from Novgorod State University in Russia.
