Justin Clark joined Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP in 2022 and serves as Associate Director, Laboratory IT Systems. He leads initiatives that connect scientific instrumentation, laboratory computing environments, and cloud technologies, enabling the secure flow of research data and supporting the digital foundation of Flagship’s life science companies.

Justin partners with scientists, vendors, and technology teams to develop solutions for laboratory instrumentation, data integration, and cloud-based research platforms. His work focuses on ensuring that critical scientific data can be captured, managed, and analyzed efficiently at scale.

Prior to joining Flagship, Justin worked at Bruker Daltonics, where he specialized in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and middleware integrations for medical and research mass spectrometry platforms. Earlier in his career, Justin supported advanced manufacturing technologies used to produce semiconductor devices, developing expertise in highly automated, mission-critical instrumentation, process automation, and complex technology environments.

Justin began his career in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Systems Specialist, maintaining and troubleshooting sophisticated aircraft electronic systems. This experience established the foundation for his career at the intersection of scientific instrumentation, data systems, and technology operations.
