Forest Sun joined 蘑菇视频APP in 2020 and serves as Vice President of Executive Search. In this role, she leads executive recruitment and leadership advisory across Flagship's ecosystem of portfolio companies and enterprise initiatives, partnering closely with Flagship leadership, company CEOs, and boards to build executive teams.

Since joining Flagship, Forest has built the Executive Search function into a specialized team focused on executive-level talent strategy. A significant focus of her work is CEO recruitment, helping to develop a disciplined approach for evaluating CEO-readiness and identifying leaders equipped to navigate the complexity of building and scaling category-defining biotech companies. Her team also leads leadership searches and succession planning across scientific, clinical, operational, and business functions, while supporting board development efforts.

Prior to joining Flagship, she was a principal at The Stevenson Group, a boutique life sciences executive search firm, and earlier in her career was a member of the biotechnology practice at Korn Ferry.

Forest received her B.A. in psychology and music from The George Washington University and her M.A. in social organizational psychology, with a concentration in leadership development, from Columbia University.
