Elaine Demers
Director of Employee Experience and Culture Enablement
Elaine Demers joined Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµAPP in 2024 as Director of Employee Experience and Culture Enablement. Her work spans employee listening, the advancement of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) initiatives – including the development of impact-focused employee resource groups – and the integration of Flagship’s core values.
With over a decade of experience, primarily in the technology industry, Elaine held leadership roles at Bright Horizons and Medallia. She brings a blend of internal and consulting expertise, with a focus on designing employee listening programs that drive action. She has helped build people-focused experiences across the employee journey, including onboarding and rewards and recognition programs.
Elaine holds a M.S. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and a B.S. from Arizona State University.
