Autumn Richard joined Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP in 2025 as an Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships & Program Development, supporting the Innovative Supply Chain across strategic partnerships with GSK, Novo Nordisk, and Pfizer. She is responsible for driving efficiencies between these partnerships and internal teams, working cross-functionally across the organization to enhance collaboration and operational alignment.

Previously, Autumn worked at Flagship-Founded Generate:Biomedicines, where she led the Portfolio Management team. In this role, she managed governance meetings, partnered closely with scientists to advance programs, and led cross-functional initiatives with the Head of R&D. Her experience spans portfolio and program management in the preclinical space, as well as program management support in life sciences consulting.

Autumn also participates in the MassBio DRIVE program, where she mentors emerging biotechs on portfolio strategy, preclinical pipelines, and technology advancements. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from Framingham State University.
